Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Reddy plus's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Reddy plus at any time.

4. Service Terms

4.1 Project Engagement

All services will be provided according to the specifications outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work. These agreements will detail:

6.3 Pre-existing and Generic Components

We retain ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, tools, methodologies, and generic components that may be incorporated into client projects.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and agree to:

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reddy plus from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Client's use of our services
• Violation of these terms by the client
• Infringement of third-party rights by client content
• Client's failure to comply with applicable laws

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with written notice. Payment for completed work and expenses incurred will be due.

11.2 Termination by Reddy plus

We may terminate services if:

• Client fails to make payments when due
• Client breaches these terms
• Client requests work that violates laws or ethical standards

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, pandemics, or government actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through:

• Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
• Arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
• Legal proceedings in the appropriate courts

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms because they are binding on you.

16. Severability
