2.2 Web Development Services

  • Design Phase: 50% refundable if cancelled before implementation
  • Development Phase: Charges based on completed work
  • Live Deployment: Non-refundable once website is deployed

3. Cancellation Procedures

To cancel a service or project, clients must:

  • Settle all outstanding invoices for completed work
